Pangaia launches new collection using new material AeoniQ

  • Pangaia introduced new garments made with AeoniQ, a closed-loop, regenerative cellulose material that’s recyclable, biodegradable, and engineered to mimic nylon and polyester without the environmental impact
  • The brand also developed an innovative coat insulation that blends its FLWRMIX technology with a bio-based fill from Imbotex and surplus viscose from Ferragamo

Sephora hits 100,000 lb milestone in recycling initiative

  • Through its “Beauty (Re)Purposed” programme (in partnership with Pact Collective), Sephora has collected over 100,000 pounds of used beauty packaging – including bottles, tubs and other hard-to-recycle cosmetics containers
  • Consumers can return clean empties from any brand, which are then sorted and repurposed into items like pallets, asphalt, and new packaging, or directed to energy recovery when reuse isn’t possible.
